Privacy Policy
Last updated: 11 June 2026
AutoRevenue Labs Ltd ("AutoRevenue Labs", "we", "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal and business information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how we use and store it, and the rights you have over it.
1. Information we collect
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and (for Google sign-in) the public profile information you choose to share.
When you complete the Business Audit Questionnaire, we collect information you provide about your business — including business name, industry, location, team size, current systems, goals, challenges, and any free-text notes you add.
When you request a consultation or system, we collect contact details, scheduling preferences, meeting method, and payment reference details necessary to fulfil your request.
We automatically collect basic technical information needed to operate the platform — IP address, browser type, device type, and request logs. This is used for security, fraud prevention, and platform reliability.
2. How we use your information
To provide and operate the AutoRevenue Labs platform.
To generate your personalised recommendations, growth roadmap, and dashboard.
To respond to your enquiries and provide customer support.
To schedule consultations and deliver the services you request.
To improve our products, security, and operations.
To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.
3. How we store and protect your information
Your data is stored in encrypted databases operated by trusted infrastructure providers, with access strictly limited to authorised AutoRevenue Labs personnel.
We use enterprise-grade security measures including encryption in transit, access controls, audit logging, and regular reviews of our security posture.
Sensitive credentials are never stored in plain text. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms.
4. Sharing of information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or business information.
We do not disclose confidential business data to third parties except where: (a) we have your explicit authorization; (b) it is required to deliver a service you have requested (e.g. payment processors handling your transaction); or (c) we are required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or valid legal process.
Subprocessors we rely on (e.g. cloud hosting, authentication, payment) are bound by contractual data-protection obligations.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us. Withdrawing consent may affect our ability to continue providing certain services.
You may request a copy of your data in a portable, machine-readable format.
You may object to or restrict certain uses of your information where applicable law gives you that right.
6. Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy, including legal, accounting, or reporting obligations.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
7. Children
AutoRevenue Labs is intended for businesses and their authorised representatives. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has provided information to us, please contact us immediately.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. Material changes will be communicated to account holders by email or in-platform notice.
